Yoga With a Social Side
I am a London based yoga teacher, running classes in Kingston Upon Thames and Richmond. I am passionate about helping others find space in their bodies, heads and hearts. I believe that yoga is for everybody and should be a great experience for both the body and the mind.
After many years of practicing yoga in different settings, I found myself wanting more connection with my fellow humans practicing next to me. This inspired me to bring yoga to my local parks - an informal, community setting, surrounded by nature. Classes end with a few minutes of discussion to build friendships, ask questions and explore the non-physical aspects of yoga. If the mood takes you, we can grab a coffee and continue the conversation.
Classes are suitable for all levels - I want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in my classes, regardless of background, experience or body type. Drop me an email in advance if you have any questions or concerns.
As well as asana (posture) practice, I lead guided meditations and pranayama (breathing exercises).
