Frequently Asked Questions
All classes are currently outdoors or online.
Do not attend if you or anyone in your household has, or is showing symptoms of Covid-19 (regardless of whether you have been vaccinated). Please let me know if this is the case and I will give you a full refund.
Whilst there is no restriction on formally organised outdoor exercise, class sizes are limited to ensure we can social distance.
Participants are required to stay 2m apart during class (unless in a household/bubble) and bring their own mats (you are welcome to practice on the grass or on a towel, if you don't have a mat).
Where do you teach?
Outdoor classes are held at Latchmere Recreation Ground, Kingston Upon Thames (postcode KT2 5TT). We will meet at the northern end of the park, near the nature area and new pond.
Please travel by foot, bike or bus if you can. There is free on-street parking in the surrounding streets if you need.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Outdoor classes go ahead whatever the weather, so make sure you will be warm/cool enough.
What should I bring?
Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat, if you have one. If you don't have a yoga mat you can practice on a towel or on the grass.
If there is a chance of rain, I recommend bringing a towel to cover your mat or the grass to minimise slipping.
You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to eat/drink during discussion at the end of the session.
How much do classes cost?
Online classes are £6 per class.
Outdoor classes are £8 per class.

Can I book a private individual or group class?
Yes! I am available to teach 1-to-1 and private group classes on evenings and at weekends, both online and in-person (depending on location). Contact me to discuss your requirements with no obligation.
